Ashoka Univ asst prof sent to judicial custody

A district court in Haryana's Sonipat on Tuesday sent Ashoka University assistant professor Ali Khan Mahmudabad to judicial custody and posted the matter to May 27.
Mahmudabad was arrested on Sunday after Haryana Police registered two FIRs against him on charges of "endangering the sovereignty, unity and integrity of the country" through his social media posts on Operation Sindoor.
