Tejashwi Oppn CM face in Bihar, no confusion over it, says Kanhaiya

A Congress leader from Bihar, Kanhaiya Kumar, on Friday, declared that there was no confusion or dispute over RJD's Tejashwi Prasad Yadav being the chief minister if the Opposition bloc wins the forthcoming Assembly elections and RJD secures the highest number of seats among its constituents.

This created a flutter within the Congress, with some leaders hesitant to anoint Tejashwi as the CM face. Kanhaiya's backing comes when senior Congress leaders, including AICC in-charge of Bihar Krishna Allavaru and state Congress president Rajesh Kumar, refrained from clearly naming Tejashwi as the CM's face. They insist that would be decided by leaders of the Opposition alliance after the elections.
