FOUR days after a building collapse at the Kottayam Medical College Hospital killed a 52-year-old woman, Health Minister Veena George on Sunday visited her family at Thalayolaparambu in Kottayam.
The minister spoke to the late D Bindu's husband Vishruthan, mother Seethalakshmiamma, and her son and daughter. The family demanded the state
