PROF Dayanand Agsar, who was Gulbarga University Vice-chancellor for the past four years, handed over the charge to Social Sciences dean G Sriramalu as his tenure ended on Tuesday. Prof G Sriramalu would be the acting Vice-chancellor till the new VC assumes charge. Before handing over the charge, Agsar addressed a press conference, providing a glimpse of his achievements in the past four years. During his tenure, he said that the Gulbarga University earned the name through its teaching, research and innovation.
