FORMER chief minister and Belagavi MP Jagdish Shettar has called the caste survey report of the Congress government as an effort to divert public attention from its failure of governance.
Addressing the media before participating in the Janakrosha Yatra of the BJP on Thursday, he said that the delay in implementing the report and the flip-flop statement of Chief Minister Siddaramaiah have created room for suspicion over the intention and authenticity of the report submitted by Kantaraj Commission.
