From the moment we checked in at Novotel Airport, Hyderabad, it was an experience steeped in elegance and comfort. We were warmly welcomed with a refreshing cranberry mocktail, setting the tone for the delightful journey ahead.

The room was nothing short of luxurious, complete with sweet little munchies thoughtfully placed on the table. The view from the room, overlooking the pool, was truly captivating. After refreshing ourselves, we stepped out to explore the hotel's serene pathways.

Accompanied by Executive Chef Amanna, we visited the patch garden—a haven of fresh vegetables and greens, tended by a dedicated farmer. Chef Amanna shared insights about the garden, saying, "Each vegetable used in our salads is mostly sourced from the patch garden. In fact, we use these vegetables in the cocktails and mocktails at Gourmet Bar, promoting sustainability in the kitchen."
