Hulkoti hospital grabs attention of docs abroad after 4 kidney transplants

The Rural Medical Service Society's (RMSS) K H Patil Hospital and Research Institute in Hulkoti village of Gadag district has been making headlines after successfully carrying out four kidney transplants.
The hospital has been offered free consultation services from expert doctors in the US and the UK in treating patients in this rural region.
These doctors from abroad have agreed for a long-term coordination with the K H Patil Hospital and Research Institute. Many patients from rural areas often face challenges while visiting big cities or towns to get kidney transplants done. Now, this rural hospital is offering them treatment at an affordable cost.
