Hubballi Delegation Asks SWR To Improve Train Services In Region

'Start Vande Bharat Sleeper train between Hubballi and Mumbai and Belagavi and Bengaluru'
IT's time South Western Railway (SWR) authorities start Vande Bharat Sleeper train between Hubballi and Mumbai and Belagavi and Bengaluru, increase the frequency of Yesvantpur-Barmer Express, augmenting more coaches to Hubballi-Dadar Express and Hubballi-Hyderabad Express trains and run holiday special trains to Rajasthan and Gujarat from Hubballi and Bengaluru, demanded a delegation from Hubballi.
The delegation, led by Karnataka Chamber of Commerce and Industry president S P Saunshimath and SWR Zonal Railway Users Consultative Committee (ZRUCC) member Mahendra Singhi, met SWR general manager Mukul Saran Mathur and submitted a memorandum to consider the implementation of various pending and genuine public demands, regarding improving train services in the railway zone.
Requesting to increase coach compositions of Hubballi-Dadar Express and Hubballi-Hyderabad Express trains, the delegation has noted that both trains currently operate with 15 coaches which is insufficient given the high demand.
