The president of the Guarantee Scheme Implementation Authority for Ballari district, Chidanandappa K E, said the state government's five guarantee schemes have significantly contributed to the uplift of economically weaker sections and highlighted the need to spread awareness about the schemes and promote them at the gram panchayat level to ensure their effective implementation.

He was presiding over a district-level progress review meeting of the guarantee schemes held at Nazir Hall of the District Panchayat in Ballari.
