Daughter-in-law, Grandson Shot at by Man with Country-Made Gun in Salem

A daughter-in-law and her 1.5-year-old son were shot at with a country-made gun over a family dispute by her father-in-law near Vazhapadi in Salem district.
Both are undergoing treatment at a private hospital.
Police sources said Kuppusamy (52) was living with his wife Lakshmi in an agricultural land at Thekkalpatti Village near Vazhapadi. Kuppusamy's son Suresh, his wife Anitha (25), and their son Sarvaputhiran were residing in an agricultural land here.
