What we try to do is after our training sessions, we usually try to switch off and not really think too much about badminton because you get drained alot while training. So I personally avoid thinking about badminton as much as possible and try to distract myself by watching something I like or listening to music or going to a restaurant. Having some really good food with friends and family also helps.
