Messi Will Come to Kerala, Confirms State Sports Minister

Raising fresh hopes of Lionel Messi playing in Kerala, Sports Minister V Abdurahiman’s posted on Facebook on Friday that the Argentinian superstar and his team will visit the state.

KOCHI: “Messi is coming,” the minister posted.
Though no dates or venues have been officially confirmed, the announcement comes amid widespread speculation that Argentina may not be coming to Kerala.
“Messi is definitely coming, that is for sure. The rest of the details will be out shortly,” Abdurahiman told TNIE.
