Victim invited trouble, HC says in rape case

THE Allahabad High Court has granted bail to a man accused of raping a postgraduate student of a top private university campus in Noida, stating that the victim had "invited trouble" upon herself.
The accused was arrested in December 2024 for allegedly raping the woman twice at a relative's apartment in Gurgaon after getting her intoxicated.
