HC Modifies Bail Condition, Darshan Can Now Travel Abroad

Modifying the condition imposed while granting bail to actor Darshan, accused number 2 in the Renukaswamy murder case, the Karnataka High Court said: "Petitioner (Darshan) should seek the permission of the trial court whenever he is required to travel abroad for any reason and without obtaining the leave of the trial court, he should not leave the country."
Justice S Vishwajith Shetty passed the order on Thursday while partly allowing the interlocutory application filed by Darshan seeking relaxation of condition No (e) imposed while granting bail on December 13, 2024.
