Unprovoked Pak firing continues

During DGMO-level talks, India flags ceasefire breach from across border | Alert issued on the basis of outfit's video

AMID unprovoked firing by Pakistan along the International Border and appropriate return fire by India, both Directors General of Military Operations (DGMOs) held a hotline talk on Wednesday. Sources, however, described it as a routine weekly meeting. The Indian side raised the matter of rising incidents of firing from across the border along the LoC, the sources said.

The meeting holds significance as tension has flared along the LoC and the International Border since the April 22 Pahalgam killings of 26 civilians by terrorists.
