ALL hopes for a second round of peace talks between the US and Iran were dashed on Saturday after Iranian foreign minister Abbas Araghchi departed from Islamabad without waiting for the US delegation to arrive.
Snubbed US President Donald Trump was forced to announce that he was cancelling the proposed trip by special envoy Steve Witkoff and son-in-law Jared Kushner to Islamabad.
