Rules Tweaked to Protect Defence Personnel Rights

In a move to ensure speedy and fair legal recourse for defence personnel, the Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh High Court has introduced an amendment to the Jammu and Kashmir General Rules (Civil) for the guidance of District and Subordinate Courts of Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh to safeguard the legal rights of military personnel.
