A Delhi Court on Friday allowed 7-day police remand of the fifth accused and the alleged master-mind of the Parliament security breach, Lalit Jha, arrested by the Delhi Police Special Cell on Thursday.
He was presented before Additional Sessions Judge Hardeep Kaur of Patiala House Courts in presence of a SWAT team.
Representing Delhi Police, public prosecutor Akhand Pratap Singh argued that Lalit Jha has divulged information about his involvement in the Parliament security breach case and described himself as the "master-mind" of the entire conspiracy.
