Nitish meets Modi for a 'courtesy call'

AHEAD of the counting of votes for the Lok Sabha polls, Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar met Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday. However, there was no official word on the details of the meeting.

While the meeting has sparked speculations in political circles that the JD (U) chief could take another U-turn after the poll results on June 4, party's national spokesperson KC Tyagi told this newspaper that it was a courtesy call and there wouldn't be any changes in the Bihar government after the results.
