PRAISING former Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren's wife, KaIpana Soren, for carrying forward the battle of her husband and tribal community in his absence, Congress General Secretary Priyanka Gandhi Vadra termed her a symbol of 'Nari Shakti' (woman power). Addressing a poll rally in Godda, Priyanka further claimed that the BJP-led Central government has weakened parliamentary and judicial institutions as well as India's democracy.
