HC upholds NIA custody of Inder Pal Gaba

The Delhi High Court has dismissed a plea from Inder Pal Singh Gaba, who challenged his arrest by the NIA for his alleged involvement in protests at the High Commission of India in London.
Gaba had sought release from custody, asserting his arrest was illegal and that he was denied a fair account of the grounds for his detention.
