Any change in CM left to high command: Minister

ASSERTING that there will be no change of guard in the state, with Siddaramaiah will continue as the chief minister, Food and Civil Supplies Minister KH Muniyappa on Thursday said that all ministers and Congress legislators are in favour of the former, and if any change is to be made, it will be decided by the party high command.
