Queen backs Holly's Hope knife campaign

THE mother of murdered Northumberland schoolgirl Holly Newton has received support from the Queen for her work to challenge violence against girls.
Micala Trussler set up the Holly's Hope charity after her daughter was killed in Hexham in 2023.
Yesterday she met The Queen during a Royal visit to the town and explained how she had received backing for the charity's work.
