Murder trial jury likely to retire today

THE jury in the trial of five men accused of murdering a man who was shot through the window of his house is expected to retire to consider its verdicts today.

Barry Dawson, 60, died after he was shot through a downstairs window of his terraced house in South Moor, Stanley, County Durham, on April 5 this year.
