Manhunt continues for park attack rapist

THE hunt for a rapist who attacked a woman near a park is continuing one month on from the terrifying incident. Police say the victim, who is in her 30s, was raped by a stranger near Attlee Park, in Bedlington, Northumberland on August 30.

Officers have previously appealed for witnesses to the incident, which happened as the woman was walking along Horton Road, towards Bedlington, at sometime between 11.25pm and midnight. And detectives said they were especially keen to hear from anyone who might have dashcam
