A FORMER tattoo parlour site is set to be transformed into an adult learning centre providing educational opportunities after receiving approval from planners.

Sunderland City Council's planning department has granted permission for the commercial premises at 24 Fawcett Street in the city centre, previously occupied by Triplesix Studios.
