Don't forget the West End

AT a recent council meeting I was able to move a motion highlighting what I see as a two-tier public transport system in our city.

Whilst more affluent areas such as Gosforth and others have all the benefits of the recently refurbished Metro system, travellers in the West End are still stuck with buses gridlocked in the traffic chaos of the West Road.
