SOUTH AFRICAN COETZEE WILL RAISE STANDARDS
-
STEFAN Coetzee makes his first start for Newcastle Red Bulls when they make the Gallagher PREM trip to Harlequins.
The South African scored with his first touch of the ball having come on for his debut at home to Northampton Saints last weekend, less than a week after arriving from the Pumas.
He forms part of a back line which also sees Elliott Obatoyinbo returning from a head knock, with Liam Williams (rib) and Boeta Chamberlain (hamstring) both missing out.
Newcastle go with the same forward pack, while there could be a Gallagher PREM debut for wing Nathan Greenwood, who has scored four tries in his nine cup outings.
Head coach Alan Dickens said: "Harlequins had a great win over Saracens in their last home game, and even though last weekend's match at Exeter didn't go their way we know they'll be after a reaction on Saturday.

HEALTHY START
January is the right time for a reset. Nothing extreme, just food to help you feel good. Think fresh flavours, colourful plates and meals as nourishing as they are comforting. Soothing soups, vibrant salads and a spicy curry are on my menu plus, of course, the odd selection box chocolate which needs eating up!
