It's been quite a year for Le Bris since becoming Black Cats boss, and the win at Wembley will live long in the memory of red-and-white supporters.

The Wearsiders came from behind to book their place in the top flight in a dramatic second-half turnaround, with Eliezer Mayenda cancelling out Tyrese Campbell's opener before Tommy Watson scored a late winner deep into injury time.
