Samsung makes some subtle tweaks to flagship phone's winning formula

- JUSTIN CONNOLLY

Ready to explore a different Galaxy?

LET'S be honest - it would be a bit of a surprise at this point if Samsung's latest clutch of flagship Galaxy phones didn't offer more artificial intelligence (AI) features than they had before.

When the S25 series was revealed to the world last week, sure enough, there it was at the top of the bill - more AI, better AI...

Samsung reckons its latest OS, One UI7 - built on top of Android 15 - brings AI features across the board rather than in random features dotted here and there, to make the phone more personal.

Obviously, there's a lot of AI in the camera system, bringing things like better low-light performance and the ability to remove unwanted sounds from recorded videos. Elsewhere, there's a new feature called Now Brief, which uses AI to generate morning, noon, and evening briefings for you, which include all the info the system thinks you need to know at those moments all in one place.
