MUSLIC WILL NOT BE CHANGING THINGS FOR BLACKBURN

- BY CHRIS ERRINGTON

MORE OF THE SAME!

PLYMOUTH Argyle will take the same approach that has served them so well in three successive Home Park wins into their Championship clash away to Blackburn Rovers at Ewood Park today.

Head coach Miron Muslic is looking for the same structure, organisation, intensity and bravery from the Pilgrims as they have been showing, even though this time they will be in far-away east Lancashire.

It has been quite a momentous few days for Argyle, beating Premier League leaders Liverpool to set up an FA Cup fifth round tie away to Manchester City, followed by a 5-1 rout of Millwall at Home Park on Wednesday night, which was their biggest win since September 2023.

There is not much time for Muslic to prepare his squad for the visit to fifth-placed Blackburn, who are coming off an impressive 2-0 victory at West Bromwich Albion, but that does not concern the Pilgrims' boss.

He said: "The time is limited but it was the same also after Liverpool and we found a good balance to prepare the lads, even though Pleggy (Julio Pleguezuelo) was out and Puszka (Tymoteusz Puchacz) was out.
