Brett Simons lost six and a half stone
A MAN lost more than six and a half stone after making one small change to his lifestyle.
Plymouth man Brett Simons, 32, realised that he had do something about his lifestyle last September when he reached his highest weight, 25 stone.
Brett had always struggled with his weight and had tried multiple weight loss programmes in the past. To help make the change he needed, Brett joined the Plymouth MAN v FAT Football club in September of 2024.
MAN v FAT is a weight loss programme for overweight or obese men with a BMI over 27.5. The club is centred around a weekly accountability session with a coach, where players then weigh in before heading outside to play a 28-minute game of small-sided football.
