Flash-floods triggered by a cloudburst in Ramban have left a trail of destruction behind and have brought life to a grinding halt.
Three people lost their lives in Baghana village after their house collapsed. Several shops and vehicles were also swept away. Many people were left stranded along the national highway, while all the institutions in Ramban remained closed on Monday.
