Jayden stars in rap song video as he fights cancer

A BRAVE youngster battling brain cancer is starring in his own rap song and video.

The courage of Jayden Kelly, who has undergone three brain tumour operations, moved Middlesbrough rapper Chris Sayer to write a song about him, Jayden’s Fight.

Singer Chris, along with members of the Mental Health Car Club community, who have a passion for their cars, went along to Jayden’s house in Grove Hill to shoot a video with him to go with the rap.

Seven-year-old Jayden has been battling cancerous gliomas since 2022 and in that time has endured three surgeries to his brain, one at the front of his head and two at the back. The youngster has also undergone chemotherapy at the Royal Victoria Infirmary in Newcastle, every Friday for the past nine months.
