Howson: Let's go all-out to win

JONNY Howson has challenged the Middlesbrough players to make sure they leave it all out on the pitch at Coventry City on Saturday to ensure they have no regrets on the final day.

Boro head to Coventry knowing they must win to have any chance of making the play-offs this season. However, in what promises to be a tense final day, Boro know they are relying on results elsewhere also if they are to secure a top-six finish.

If Boro beat the Sky Blues, they will also need two other results to go their way - which would mean Bristol City losing, and/or Millwall or Blackburn at most drawing.

But with Howson and co able to influence only what happens at the CBS Arena, Howson is clear in what they must focus on, as the Boro skipper set his side a challenge after what has ultimately been a frustrating season.
