LUKAS Jutkiewicz admits his body told him it was time to retire as he ended his playing career on a high - ending a nine-year stay at Birmingham City by helping them win the League One title.

The 36-year-old former Boro striker only made 15 sub appearances for the Blues this season, but our sister site Birmingham Live described his goal in a 6-2 win over Barnsley - his first of the season - as one of the highlights of the campaign.
