IF you've been at the top of the business tree (or is it a ladder?) for as long as Lord Sugar, you're bound to have a bulging book of contacts.

In his case, they're contacts who carry some clout, judging from the call he makes at the start of this show.

"Santa, hi, it's Lord Sugar here," he announces to the famous old fellow on the end of the line.
