Many of us turn to our bibles as our daily harbor of light - a guide that helps ease our daily struggles and woes.
Among the most popular is the book of Proverbs, which contains bits of wisdom that are truly enlightening.
Proverbs 3:5 would be a good example: "Trust in the Lord completely with all thine heart not unto thine own understanding."
This verse has been imprinted in my heart and mind when things or a situation goes awry. Or if I feel very much challenged and overwhelmed, I'm confronted by this when things seem too much to handle.

The book of Proverbs, mostly written by King Solomen, is a source of God's own wisdom. It gives timeless advice for our hearts, our minds, and the choices we make every day.
