SRP locators hope for continuity of projects, better collab with new admin

Active locators at the South Road Properties (SRP) are hoping for continuity of pending projects and better collaboration with the Cebu City Government now under the administration of Mayor Nestor Archival.

The locators met with Archival to raise urgent concerns surrounding infrastructure and accessibility challenges that threatened to stall development in one of the city's key economic zones.

During the dialogue, business stakeholders stressed the need for continuity in pending projects initiated prior to the elections.

They called for stronger collaboration with the city government to sustain SRP's growth trajectory, especially amid rising traffic congestion, inadequate drainage systems, and a lack of accessible public transportation.
