Rent.Ph, the rental management arm of Filipino Homes, is expanding its nationwide footprint as shifting consumer behavior, high interest rates and flexible work trends drive demand for leasing over sales in the Philippine property market.

- Ehda M. Dagooc, Staff Member

Led by May Antonette Leuterio, chief operating officer of Filipino Homes and managing director of Rent.Ph, the platform now has more than 4,500 trained rental managers overseeing thousands of residential, commercial and alternative spaces.

Between January and June 2025, the company managed 5,900 active units, underscoring what it says is rising demand for professional rental oversight in a market long dominated by one-off sales.

"We built Rent.Ph because we saw the gap," Leuterio said.
