Robinsons Hotels & Resorts (RHR), the hospitality division of Robinsons Land Corporation (RLC), has broken ground on Summit Villas Siargao, a new eco-luxury resort that marks the group’s strategic entry into one of the Philippines’ fastest-emerging tourism destinations.
Slated to open in 2026, Summit Villas Siargao will be developed by Hira Holdings Inc. through contractor Mega Mykon Builders, and operated under the RHR’s upscale Summit Hotels and Resorts brand.
The property will feature 18 standalone tropical-style villas, each designed with private amenities and sustainability-centered architecture, underscoring both RHR and Hira Holdings’ commitment to environmentally responsible tourism.
“This development is more than a hospitality expansion — it’s a celebration of Siargao’s natural charm and cultural energy,” said Barun Jolly, Senior Vice President and Business Unit General Manager of Robinsons Hotels & Resorts.
“We're proud to bring the Summit brand’s distinctive blend of style, service, and Filipino excellence to this rising destination.”
Strategically located near Siargao’s iconic Cloud 9 surfing spot and the well-known “Tourism Road,” the resort will cater to the premium segment of both local and international travelers seeking elevated experiences in the island paradise.
