One Doce Pares now official, agreement sealed in Germany

In a breakthrough move, the three direct descendants of the Cañete family signed a formal agreement that officially created One Doce Pares - a unified identity that endeavors to further promote and develop the indigenous Filipino martial art of eskrima all over the world.

Grandmasters Chuck Cañete of Cacoy Doce Pares World Federation and York Cañete of Momoy San Miguel Eskrima and Master Gerald Cañete of the Doce Pares Multi-Style System sealed the pact in a simple yet meaningful ceremony with GM Dirk Jahnke, GM Michael Korthals and Master Earl Kean Lopez as witnesses in Wetzlar, Germany recently.
