The gatherings—The Roundtable and Launchpad—underscore Tbelle’s push to bridge the divide between academic preparation and the evolving demands of modern organizations.
Both platforms, according to the company, are designed to foster dialogue on workplace shifts, skill requirements, and the growing need for values-driven collaboration.
“The future will belong to teams who connect deeply, communicate well, and collaborate with courage,” said Belle Wiffen, chief executive of Tbelle.
“Companies need to create environments where people feel their purpose aligns with their performance,” Wiffen Added.
