Blaze ravages agri store in Cebu City

A massive fire tore through a store selling agricultural products in Sitio Maraag, Barangay Sudlon 2, Cebu City on the evening of July 30, causing an estimated P12 million in damages.
According to the Cebu City Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP), the blaze ignited at around 8:47 p.m. inside a 58-square-meter establishment owned by 41-year-old Emelio Secretaria.
Due to the store's remote location, approximately 30 kilometers from the city proper, responders arrived over an hour later, immediately raising the fire to first alarm upon arrival. It was declared fully extinguished by 10:01 p.m.
