Archival to students: Use classes suspension for meaningful action

Cebu City Mayor Nestor Archival has called on students to spend the two-day class suspension doing meaningful activities at home, in their barangays, and across the city as part of post-typhoon recovery efforts.
“Mga estudyante sa elementary, high school, ug college karon nga walay klase, I hope you'll use this time not just for rest, but to do something meaningful for yourself, your family, and our beloved Cebu City,” Archival said in a public message on Monday morning.
The national government suspended classes in the region on November 10 and 11 due to Typhoon Uwan.
