HC: 5 yrs have passed, how long to end inquiry in Salian’s death?

The Bombay High Court on Thursday questioned the city police that how long it would conduct an inquiry into the 2020 death of Disha Salian, former celebrity manager of actor Sushant Singh Rajput.

Ordering to produce the postmortem report, the court remarked that in the last five years, the police had to ascertain whether the death was by suicide or it was a murder. Salian died on June 8, 2020, after falling off the 14th floor of a residential building in Malad. The police had then registered an accidental death report.
