CET student alleges admission denial
The Free Press Journal - Mumbai
|October 01, 2025
A video went viral on Friday showing a law aspirant accusing a college in Ambegaon of denying her admission despite her Common Entrance Test (CET) qualification and of attempting to sell seats under fabricated objections.
The student, identified as Divya Sunil Shinde, said she was eligible for the three-year LLB programme, but her admission was wrongly rejected.
“Initially, the college cited a discrepancy between her marksheet and the CET website. However, no such difference existed in her documents or the official CET records,” Shinde said in the video.
