Priyanka compares Modi's regime with British rule

Congress general secretary Priyanka Gandhi Vadra on Wednesday drew a parallel between Modi’s regime and British rule and expressed doubts about the future of democracy in India.

Addressing election rallies in Valmikinagar and Chanpatia assembly constituencies of Bihar, Priyanka also accused the NDA of “stealing votes” in order to gain power in the state.

“The NDA will destroy everything. It is unclear whether elections will even take place in the future. Why are you silent? Remove them from power,’ she said.
