Residents of Aundh and Baner have prepared an 11-point charter of demands ahead of the Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) election, highlighting key civic issues in the area that need urgent attention from the authorities.

The residents said the area is developing rapidly, but redevelopment is required in public facilities such as roads, clean public toilets, encroachment-free footpaths, improved public transport, more open green spaces, a stable water supply and effective solid waste management.
