"Breath is the doorway between this world and the world of Spirit. The entire Hatha Yog is based on breath - Hatha or Ham Tham Yog, where Ham refers to left breath and Tham to the right breath. Science of Swar is an extension of Hatha Yog," explains Ashwini Guru Ji of Dhyan Ashram who will be in Rajasthan from January 6th to 12th to unveil the subtler aspects of breath and how it can be altered to affect changes in the body & environment and also to propel oneself on the Journey of the Spirit.
